What we intend to hold
Account details for the people who sign in, and the business records you create: organisations, clients and contacts, contracts and rates, work entries, expenses and receipts, invoices, payments and activity history.
Where it lives
Application data is stored in Postgres, and files such as receipts, contracts and invoice PDFs are stored in private object storage. Each organisation’s data is isolated at the database level by row level security.
Who we share it with
Processors needed to run the service — hosting, database and storage, transactional email for sending invoices and reminders, and, where you enable capture features, an AI provider for classifying messages and extracting receipt details. We do not sell personal data.
Your data is yours
You can export your clients, contracts, invoices and payments, and you can ask for your account and its data to be deleted.
